How to use the Spirit Level

Place your device on the surface you want to check — flat side down on a horizontal surface, or edge-on for a vertical wall.
Watch the bubble indicator: when it sits in the centre circle, the surface is level.
Read the degree value for the precise tilt angle if the surface isn't flat.
Adjust the surface until the bubble centres and the reading reaches 0.0°.
