How do I add a signature in Gmail?
In Gmail on the web, open Settings → See all settings → General, scroll to "Signature", create a new one, and paste the copied signature into the editor. Save changes at the bottom. In the Gmail mobile app, the setting is under Settings → your account → Signature (mobile signatures are plain text on some platforms, so set the rich one on the web).
Will the signature work in Outlook?
Yes. The signature is built as a table with inline styles — the layout technique Outlook renders most reliably, since it strips modern CSS like flexbox and grid. Paste it under Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (Outlook on the web) or File → Options → Mail → Signatures (desktop Outlook).
Do I need to sign up or hand over my email address?

Is my information uploaded anywhere?
No. The signature is assembled entirely in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to or stored on any server. One nuance: the logo is referenced by URL, so recipients' mail clients will load that image from wherever you host it.
How do I add my logo or photo?
Paste a direct link to the image (a URL ending in .png, .jpg or similar) into the logo field. Email signatures reference images by URL rather than embedding them, so host the file somewhere public and permanent — your website is ideal. Keep it small; around 100 px tall looks right in most clients.
What's the difference between "Copy signature" and "Copy HTML"?
