Email Signature

WEB

Design a professional HTML email signature with your name, role, logo and links — copy it straight into your mail client.

What it does

Email Signature lets you design a polished, professional HTML email signature right in your browser — no account, no subscription, and no data ever leaves your device. Enter your name, job title, company, phone number, and website, then upload your logo or headshot. Add clickable links to LinkedIn, Twitter, or any custom URL you choose. The live preview updates as you type so you can see exactly what recipients will see. When your signature looks right, copy the generated HTML and paste it directly into Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or any other mail client that accepts HTML signatures. Everything runs offline and privately, making Carbide's Email Signature tool ideal for freelancers, teams, and anyone who wants a consistent, branded signature without paying for a third-party service.

How to use the Email Signature

  1. Fill in your name, job title, company, phone, and website in the form fields.
  2. Upload your logo or profile photo — it will appear in the live preview immediately.
  3. Add social or custom links (LinkedIn, Twitter, website) and choose their icons.
  4. Check the live preview and adjust colours or layout until it looks right.
  5. Click 'Copy HTML', then paste the code into your mail client's signature settings.

Frequently asked questions

Which email clients can I paste the signature into?
Any client that supports HTML signatures — Gmail (Settings → Signature), Outlook (New Signature), Apple Mail, Thunderbird, and most corporate webmail portals all work.
Does my logo get uploaded to a server?
No. Carbide processes everything locally in your browser. Your image is converted to a Base64 data URL and embedded directly in the HTML — nothing is sent anywhere.
Can I use the signature on mobile mail apps?
Yes, though mobile apps vary in HTML support. Gmail and Outlook mobile both handle HTML signatures well if you set them up via the desktop first and sync.
Is the tool really free?
Completely free, with no watermark, no account, and no usage limits. Carbide is a free offline toolkit.
