How do I get a color code from an image?
On most desktop browsers, open the picker and use the built-in eyedropper to sample any pixel on your screen — including an open image. If you already have a HEX code from a design app, enter it in the picker to convert it to RGB or HSL.
What is the difference between HEX, RGB and HSL?
They are three notations for the same colour. HEX (like #FF4D00) is the compact form used in web code, RGB lists the red, green and blue components, and HSL describes hue, saturation and lightness — the easiest one for making a colour lighter or darker. This tool shows all three at once.
How do I convert hex to rgb?
