What is the GIF Maker tool?

Frequently asked questions
Does the GIF maker add a watermark?

How many images can I use?
There is no artificial cap. Keep in mind GIF is an old, chunky format: lots of large frames make a big file, so for very long animations a video is usually the smaller choice.
Are my photos uploaded anywhere?
No. The GIF is assembled and encoded inside your browser, so your images never leave your device. Most GIF sites upload your files to their servers first.
How do I change the speed of the GIF?
Use the frame delay slider — it sets how long each frame stays on screen, from a tenth of a second (fast) up to a full second (slideshow pace). The live result plays the loop so you can check the timing before sharing.
Can I make a GIF from a video?
